Mike’s automotive marketing and communications experience began during his college years where he designed and wrote local promotions for Chevron. Today, Mike focuses his expertise on helping automotive organizations better define and present their brand value and improve their market position – locally, regionally or globally. Mike has used his knowledge of marketing, public relations, image management, crisis communications, media relations, and employee and community relations to develop and manage B2B and B2C strategic communications programs for more than 200 organizations from start-ups to the Fortune 50. He also worked on more than 100 distinct automotive supplier engagements, including national consumer marketing events.

His experience crosses a diverse range of clients with many unique marketing challenges. Among the numerous clients he has serviced are: Chevrolet, Visteon, Uniroyal, Magna, Delphi, Akebono, CSM Worldwide, TRW Automotive, DaimlerChrysler, Cosworth, Federal-Mogul, Mahle, Meritor WABCO, Ricardo, Tower International, TI Automotive, Ford and Grant Thornton.

Mike co-founded The Quell Group in 1994, and since its inception continues to provide wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm’s automotive team and its clients.
